Task Completion	Meets Expectations Responsiblity/Task Completion Responsible by turning assignments in on time. She/he does an Exceptional job of being responsible. She/he always turns in her/his classwork and homework on time	Partially Meets Expectations She/he does a Satisfactory job of being responsible. She/he turns in her/his classwork and homework on time on a regular basis. he/he is Improving or functions below the satisfactory level in regards to being responsible. She/he turns in her/his classwork and homework in, but there are several instances that the work is late.	Does not meet expectations She/he Needs Improvement in regards to being responsible. She/he struggles to turn in her/his classwork and homework on time.
Problem-Solving	Meets Expectations Good Student requests for help or direction to problem solving consistently independently.	Partially Meets Expectations Emerging Student requests for help or direction to problem solving regularly with minimal help.	Does not meet expectations Adult-dependent Student does not request for help or direction to problem solve consistently.
