Creativity	Poor Not much thought is put into the solution. No facts or extra information about the water system. No pictures or charts.	Fair Some facts are included. Pictures or charts are attached to project. Thought is put into a good solution to the pollution.	Good The solution is helpful and well thought out. There are pictures, graphs, and lots of information about Florida's water systems.
Content	Poor Facts are incorrect. The writing does not flow, or is choppy. The subject is not discussed properly and the writing is off topic.	Fair Subject is discussed. Information given is correct but lacks cohesiveness. Over all flow of paper is okay.	Good All facts are correct and placed in the appropriate paragraph. Paper has flow and makes sense. Everything is on topic and is in the correct place in the paper.
