Brochure Brochure The students will put together a brochure. The brochure will contain information that the students have garnered from service learning, career exploration, and/or math games. Brochure Content	Level 1 -Brochure has little to no information that is relevant. -The information is not organized.	Level 2 -The brochure has some information that relates to the main ideas but is not organized.	Level 3 -Most relevant information is included. -There is some attempt to organize the information.	Level 4 -The front panel clearly identifies the brochures purpose -The brochure informs the reader of key issues, suggested prevention strategies. -There is a panel with phone numbers and web sites for further information/support
Work effort	Level 1 -Work is done with little effort, but the quality is still not what the learner is capable of. -It is evident that the student put little to no time into the project.	Level 2 -The work was done with good effort that shows what the learner is capable of. -It is evident that time was put into this brochure.	Level 3 -Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is still not what the learner is capable of. -It is evident that the work was rushed.	Level 4 -The work was done well. -The student stayed on task.
Style/Mechanics	Level 1 -The brochure lacks neatness and clarity -The information appeas on the wrong panels -Brochure lacks style. -Pictures are not related to the topic.	Level 2 -The brochure is clear and logical and contains facts as well as very few mistakes. -Good, clear presentation -The brochure has some pictures.	Level 3 -All pictures are relevant to the content but more are needed. -Some mistakes are made. -Each panel is used for the correct purpose. -There is little style and reads more like a list of facts rather than a brochure.	Level 4 -The brochure is attractive to a teenage audience. -Sub headings are used well to highlight the content -Each panel has been used correctly and information is logically sequenced.
