Participation	Excellent Helped with the entire activity.	Good Helped with activity most of the time	Poor Hardly helped with activity. Present, but not participatory
Equity	Excellent Did a lot of work,and was very helpful to other group members.	Good Did a decent amount of work.	Poor Did hardly any work.
Take Responsibility	Excellent Performs all duties of assigned team role. Offers a fair amount of important information. Did the assigned work without having to be reminded.	Good Performs nearly all of their duties. Either gives too little information or information which is irrelevant to the topic. Did assigned work - often needs reminding.	Poor Did not perform any duties of assigned team role. Did not speak during group meetings. Relies on others to do the work.
On Task	Excellent Was on task 80-100% of the time.	Good Was on task 50-80% of the time.	Poor Was mostly off task and a distraction to the group.
