Fitness Journal 9th grade Fitness Challenge Journal This Rubric will be used regularly to keep students accountable for logging their progress through the Fitness program. Journal Entry	Exceeds Expectations Responses are unique and engaging. Students reacts to the exercise activity and reflects in detail about their experience.	Meets Expectations Responses are adequate. Students explain with some detail about their exercise activity and reflects in some detail about their experience.	Below Expectations Responses are vague and include limited detail. Students don't reflect about their experience.
Formatting of Journal	Exceeds Expectations Response is typed written, and formatted exactly as example given in class	Meets Expectations Response is typed written however the formatting is not exactly as the given example in class	Below Expectations Response is not written at all
On Time	Exceeds Expectations Handed in on the due date which is every Friday	Meets Expectations Handed in late but within the week	Below Expectations Not handed in
