Fitness Challenge Journal This Rubric will be used regularly to keep students accountable for logging their progress through the Fitness Challenge. Fitness Challenge Journal Work
	Failing 1 pts	Poor 2 pts	Fair 3 pts	Good 4 pts	Excellent 5 pts
Completion	Failing Very few or none of the activities have been recorded at all. Entry is less than three sentences.	Poor Complete sentences are not used. Journal summarizes the challenge rather than reacts to the challenge.	Fair ALL goals, activities and challenges are addressed, but explanations may be incomplete.	Good ALL goals, activities, and challenges are recorded completely. Explanations are written in complete sentences. Some reaction is given to challenge.	Excellent Responses are unique and engaging. Students react to the challenge and offer different insights and thoughts about their personal experiences.
