Unacceptable
Student is not involved with the class activity. Student needs constant reminders to get back on task. Student is distracting the whole class.

Classwork is completed on time and is mostly accurate.

Classwork is completed not always on time, with many mistakes.

Student always has homework well-prepared at the beginning of class and it is done with care.

Almost always has homework well-prepared at the beginning of class.
