Approaching Standards Most of the memoir is creative, but appears to be rushed. This is evident in the author's redundancy or use of cliches. Memoir is lacking a personal touch.	Below Standards Memoir appears to be thoughtless/rushed. Work is unoriginal and/or offensive. No personal touch. Words not carefully chosen.
