Questions	Poor Questions are very hard to understand and don't have anything to do with the topic.	Okay Questions are unclear and somewhat hard to understand. Partially related to the topic.	Magnificent Questions are well thought out and are asked in a way that is easy to understand. Clearly related to the topic.
Answers	Poor Answers are off topic and answered in sentence parts instead of a complete sentence.	Okay Answers are 1-2 sentences long and partially cover the question.	Magnificent Answers are 2-4 complete sentences long and fully answer the question.
Presentation	Poor Student is difficult to hear or understand. Very little fluency.	Okay Student can be understood for the most part. Speaks with some fluency.	Magnificent Speaks clearly and is easy to understand. Student speaks fluently, using appropriate emotion.
