	Level 1 Limited Effectiveness 10 pts	Level 2 Somewhat effective 15 pts	Level 3 Effective 20 pts	Level 4 Highly Effective 25 pts
Design Effort design effort is creative/original and demonstrates understanding of the assignment	Level 1 -lacks creative/original design -doesn't demonstrate understanding of the assignment	Level 2 -somewhat creative/original design - missing 2-3 requirements	Level 3 -creative/original design -average understanding of the assignment -Missing 1 requirement	Level 4 -very creative/original design -meets design expectations or goes beyond the assignment requirements
Use of logo application of logo to T-shirt design	Level 1 -logo is missing -only one color used	Level 2 -logo is too small or is otherwise undecipherable -only one color used	Level 3 -logo is decipherable -only one color used	Level 4 -creative use or placement of logo adds to the overall design of the uniform uses 2 or more colors
Craftmanship sketches and explainations	Level 1 -Sketches were messy, no color. -No explanations	Level 2 -Sketches were not neat. Color out of lines, minimal color, creases/wrinkles. -Minimal explanation and major writing mistakes	Level 3 -Sketches had some mistakes in neatness -Not all points of design explained and some writing mistakes	Level 4 Sketches were in full color, neat free of wrinkles and creases -All points of design explained and no writing mistakes
