Figurative Language - Fahrenheit 451 
Using evidence from the text students will analyze how figurative language is used in the text to impact meaning and tone. Students should cite textual evidence to support the interpretation in five paragraphs. Students will analyze the author's use of figurative language (irony, imagery, metaphor, simile, onomatopoeia, alliteration, personification, hyperbole) and use this analysis to interpret the novel's tone and meaning.
