Sit-Up (1 minute)	Poor 20-29 sit ups in one minute.	Fair 30-39 sit ups in one minute.	Good 40-49 sit ups in one minute.	Excellent More than 50 sit ups in one minute.
Push-Up (1 minute)	Poor 5-10 push ups in one minute.	Fair 11-20 push ups in one minute.	Good 20-29 push ups in one minute.	Excellent More than 30 push ups in one minute.
Air Squats(1 min)	Poor 0-20reps.	Fair 20-30reps.	Good 30-40 reps.	Excellent More then 40 reps.
40 Yard Dash	Poor Less than 10.1 seconds.	Fair Between 8.1 and 10 seconds.	Good Between 6 and 8 seconds.	Excellent 5 seconds or better.
1 mile run	Poor Longer then 12min to complete.	Fair takes under 11min to complete.	Good takes 8-10 min to complete.	Excellent Takes under 8 min to complete
