The student will demonstrate their knowledge of a famous scientist of their choice by presenting a wanted poster about the scientist.

The students will construct a project to show during their oral presentation. The project and presentation will contain relevant information related to the topic that was chosen to research.

Research the approved topic. Submit one 2-3 page typed paper, Double spaced, 12 point Times New Roman font following MLA guidelines. Include a bibliography citing at least 4 resources used researching the paper. Paper will be graded on quality of research to support the topic, effective use of information gained through research, credibility of sources, content, grammar and mechanics, and bibliography.

Each category in the far left column represents a component of the project that will be taken into consideration when calculating the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the PowerPoint presentation, to ensure that all intended elements of your PowerPoint and class presentation have been represented and all other criteria have been met.
