• Member of marching / concert bands and water polo / swim teams all four years of high school
• Received an Associate of Arts degree from Orange Coast College
• Got accepted into California State University, Long Beach
• Published on the RCampus website
• Published in two issues of Great-Taste Magazine
• Published on a music website
• Maintained a 3.5 + GPA throughout college
• Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and psychology from CSULB
• Graduated in December 2010 with a Cum Laude degree honor
