June 19th: The group met in the library at 1-3p.m. to discuss and turn in group proposal.

June 26th: The group went to Wesley Community Center at 11:00a.m. to set up a meeting with the women's center. The dates were not confirmed, however we were referred to St. Pius X Family resource center. We met with Mr. Earnest Daily who gave tour of the facility and a date and time was established.

June 28th: The group met in the library at 1p.m. We finished our power point presentation and discussed ideas for the upcoming presentation in Brunswick Ga. Our group concluded at 4p.m.

July 5th: The group met in the library at 1p.m. We finalized any last minute options and prepared for the presentation in Brunswick. Our group concluded at 3p.m.

July 7th: The group traveled to Brunswick Georgia. We were welcomed by Guiding Light "Front Liners" women's ministry team. About 40 women attended the presentation. The presentation started at 11:30a.m. and concluded at 1:30p.m. A luncheon was held afterwords.

July 9th: The group met with Kaycee at 4p.m. She is a Representative of the American Cancer Society Savannah Chapter. She gave us lots of reading materials, pamphlets, and a breast prosthetics. We were grateful for the useful material. Later on that afternoon, we went and spoke with a Representative at The Community Health Center. This particular center screens eligible candidates for free. The group concluded at 6p.m.

July 16th: Flyers and posters were posted at various locations around campus. Savannah State University radio station begin broadcasting the date and time for our presentation.

July 18th: We were on the RADIO!!!! We pre-recorded our presentation announcement on LOVE 101.1 FM. Our interview aired at 2:35p.m. Later on that afternoon, we practiced for our presentation and shopped for supplies.

July 19th: We arrived at St. Pius at 2:30p.m. to set up for the presentation. We started our presentation at 4:30p.m. and concluded at 5:30p.m. Light refreshments followed.
