The text refers to a problem that cannot be solved within the context of the novel.	Satisfactory The text includes several pieces of advice and implies in general the reasons that the advice should be followed. The advice reasonable.	Distinguished The text includes specific pieces of advice and includes reasons that the advice should be followed for each piece of advice. The advice can be followed within the context of the novel, and the writer offers a suggestion on how to follow through with the advice.
Clarity	Missing Unclear answers, or missing entirely.	Unsatisfactory Basic answer. No valid information from the novel was used to support advice for Abby. The problem is unclear or too broad.	Satisfactory Vague answer or question. Only one fact is used from the novel and not enough advice given from Abby. There is not clear information requested from the writer.
