During my Critical Care course, I was asked to complete a Powerpoint Presentation regarding all apsects of care provided to a patient I cared for in clinical during the semester. The presentation required planning skills because I had to use a holistic approach of care for my patient. Included in the excerpt is three nursing diagnoses and the plan of care that goes with each diagnosis.
