My teaching philosophy:

Children learn at their own pace. By providing the best learning environment possible will help in developing the skills and knowledge needed to progress academically, physically, and mentally. Children learn through play and in social enviroments. By incorporating early learning concepts in a young child's life will have a greater impact on how they develop. Learning should be fun and interactive to keep and develop their interest. All children are capable of learning.

My goals for Early Childhood Education:

• I want to teach children and help them to achieve a great start in their academic careers.
• I will remember that every child is an individual and teach them accordingly.
• I will remember that there is always something to learn in any situation.
• I want to become a teacher that is involved in my classroom and maintain a standard above what others expect.
• I want to always continue my own education in order to be the best teacher I can.

With these goals in mind, I want to become a lead preschool teacher and start my path to achieve these goals.
