Zicklin Women in Business (ZWIB) was started in 2001 by Zicklin MBA student, Allison Lehr. The club provides a forum in which these issues could be addressed.
The club's original name was Women MBA's of Zicklin. In 2002, the name was changed to Zicklin Women in Business, in recognition of the fact that not all of the students enrolled in Zicklin are MBA candidates. The goals for the club are to organize speaker events featuring successful female industry leaders and also to create opportunities for members to gain first-hand experiences in the business world.
