The student will put together a set of 6 posters/handouts to show all the food groups, including the My Plate information as well as being physically active. The learning outcome is that viewers will deepen their understanding of the food groups and making healthy lifestyle choices by the food they eat and the physical activities they engage in.

Individual students will research and discover information about an aspect of space we did not explore extensively in our classroom studies: planets, stars, technology, galaxies, etc. may be topics. Students will provide a minimum of 10 additional facts with detailed explanations about their chosen topic. At least one visual should be included in whatever format their final project takes. A verbal class presentation will be made, and neatness and timeliness of work will be evaluated.

Students will promote water conservation in their community.

The students will put together a tri-fold display board for display. The board will contain relevant information related to the business product that the student selected. The board should have areas segmented that directly reflect the outline created by the student. The project will be designed on a tri-fold poster board. The students will present their poster to the class, teacher, and guests.

Students will answer short response questions after watching each video lesson.

The students will work in groups of four to put together a poster for display. The poster will contain relevant information directly related to the specialty selected by the group. The poster will be designed on either poster board (full-sized poster board) or tri fold poster board. The group is required to present their poster to the class and instructor.

The student will assemble a totem pole using symbols representing the student's family/personal story. The presentation must be accompanied by: 1) a paragraph explaining the story the totem pole depicts 2) the finished totem pole with 4-5 animals/symbols chosen.
