During the Spring 2008 semester, I had an opportunity to go to Centennial Medical Center to complete my Critical Care clinical.  The clinical involved a total of 72 hours of hands on exprience with critically ill patients. 

At the end of my rotation, I completed a 20 minutes powerpoint presentation on a patient that I had during my clinical.  The powerpoint included the patient's history, my assessment, medical diagnoses, medications, and my nursing care plan.  The plan of care consisted of 3 patient goals along with interventions and evaluation of the patient's outcomes.
