Ethical dilemmas are a major aspect of nursing as well as the medical field in general. During my leadership clinical this semester (fall of 2008), I was to observe a dilemma or discuss a past one with the nursing staff. Unfortunately, I was not able to witness one; however, the nurses discussed with me the situation and how theories and concepts were applied.
