I fully believe in providing and giving all my best in anything that I am doing and I also know full well that I would need to do my best for anyone to recognize my abilities. I would like to have my work recognized and judged based on my capabilities, and not my other secondary characteristics, such as age, gender and race. Fairness is also another important thing in an organization. I do not wish that I was sidelined just because the organization that I am in practices biased opinions and favoritism. An environment that is open-minded and friendly would allow me to work at my fullest capability.
