Being on the leadership team for a weekend-long retreat called Search, I utilized and developed a wide range of skills. These include: planning skills, organization skills, problem-solving skills, and leadership skills. The hours that I devoted to this activity fulfilled a 20-hour outside requirement in COMM 4800 Special Topics: Event Planning.
