Starting from Cronus and ending with Hercules’ children, create your own marble stone of Hercules’ family tree. Include all, most of the following or add extra names if there is relevance.
Cronus, Anicetus, Gaia, Electryon, Zeus, Hera, Alcmene, Anaxo, Amphitryon, Hebe, Alexiares
After the stone is complete make sure to provide a biography on Heracles that mentions the following life events;
Birth, Parents, Expulsion to mortal world, Twelve Labours and death.

CONCLUSION
Congratulations! You have put all the pieces together and the stone tablet looks great. The guests had no idea that it was not the original. You can start the project by watching Disney’s Heracles as this introduces the students to the story of Heracles as well as the other gods and goddesses that were apart of his life.
This project requires a team effort and a small reflection should be completed by each of the members to show who worked on what parts of the assignment. This reflection also allows them to look back on their work and express how they felt about its construction, what they liked, what they didn’t like. This will help in giving the teacher feed back.
VELS Requirements
This project is appropriate for year 6 or 7 students as research on the internet and extensive research in mythical texts is required.
