Leadership in PLCs
Through the knowledge and experience that I have gained through professional development and time spent in the classroom, I have aimed to better myself as an educator. I firmly believe that a part of being an effective teacher is to contribute to the learning community as well as to become a leader in that community so that others may learn from my experiences. I have included in this portion of my website an outline for creating a Professional Learning Team, as well as an inservice for Shared Reading.
