1. My Autobiography

         To create this link:

1. First create the document in Word and save it to your file on the server.
2. Next you need to click on documents on the top tabs and upload the saved file to MY FILES in the Documents folder.
3. Once the file name appears, place cursor over name, right click to open up menu, select properties, highlight the ENTIRE URL,right click, copy.
4. Go back to home page and select Language Arts page
5. Select Edit this page
6. Enter text, such as My Autobiography
7. Highlight the text you want to use as the link.
8. Select the globe icon with the closed link.
9. Paste the URL in the first box.
10. Click OK.
11. Scroll to bottom of LA page and click save.
12. Check your link to make sure it works. If it doesn't work, you probably did not copy the entire URL...they are long when linking within the site.
