Student will address the need to obtain continuing education but does not have a plan to follow throught with this. Student also identifies the desire to continuing their education but does not have a plan of action.

Student identifies how he/she would like to continue education, what degree or credentials he/she will be seeking and has a plan to obtain continuing education.
