Police Report 
Police Report
Write a police report that factually documents an incident. Report must include detailed source of activity; narrative that answers who, what, when, where, why, and how; and the elements of the offense are correlated to the facts. Report must be accurate, brief, complete; written properly, grammatically correct, the syntax is proper, and punctuation and spelling are appropriate. Report is written in first person, past verb tense.
