Can respond to to questions, but may not be able to elaborate for all questions.	Exceeds Expectations Student demonstrates full knowledge of the issue (more than required) by providing clear explanations and elaboration. Answers all questions.
Decision	Not Yet Within Expectations No evidence of a decision is present. Was not included in presentation and/or cannot respond to the question.	Meets Expectations Some of the themes have evidence to back up the decision.	Fully Meets Expectations All the themes have evidence to back up the decision.	Exceeds Expectations Evidence provided has gone beyond the expectations of the project and a clear well explained decision has been provided.
