Students will use the close reading strategy to ask and answer questions about an informational text. Students will ask and answer questions about the text, referring explicitly to the text for their answers. Students will use prior knowledge to answer questions.

The student exhibited numerous capitalization, and/or punctuation errors.

Some of the student's answers are corrected for capitalization, and/or punctuation errors.
Approaching
The student's answers have mostly been corrected or contain only a few errors in capitalization, and/ or punctuation errors.
