Preparation	Poor Individuals did not prepare piece. Words and/or choreography were not known. Piece appeared 'thrown together'.	Fair The individual was familiar with the piece. Some words and/or choreography was 'flubbed'. Most of the piece was performance ready.	Good The individual knew the piece. The words and choreography were prepared and performance ready.
Choreography	Poor Choreography was slim to none. Little prepreation and/or was made up on the spot.	Fair Choreography was somewhat together and there was an appearance of basic understanding regarding dance.	Good The inidividual knew choreography. It is 'polished' and fits the music selection.
Levels and style	Poor Cut did not meet standards, all performers on one level, no sense of form or rhythm.	Fair some attemps to have different levels, mostly in a line, some rhythm matching sometimes off beat	Good A variety of levels, rhythm fit the beat of the song and a the style suits the selection very well
Overall Performance	Poor Piece appeared 'thrown together' and was lack-luster.	Fair Piece was not polished but did have energy and presence.	Good Piece was performance ready and had great energy and presence.
