Goal Setting Project Rubric
Students will demonstrate the ability to make decisions and set goals to enhance health. Students will identify a personal health goal and outline the process of achieving the goal using the SMART goal acronym. Students will define the goal,step by step, and keep track of their progress using the SMART outline. Students will reflect on whether they achieved the goal or how they will adjust it to keep working on it through reflection questions.
