Proficient Completed guidelines for all five paragraphs, but misses one to two required topics in any of the paragraphs, including goals.	Satisfactory Completed most of the guidelines for all five paragraphs by missing three required topics in any of the paragraphs, including goals.	Emerging Completed some of the guidelines for all five paragraphs by missing four required topics in any of the paragraphs, including goals.	Needs Improvement Did not complete the guidelines for the five paragraphs by missing five or more required topics in any of the paragraphs, including goals.
Grammar/Language Usage	Excellent Has obviously proofread entire paper before turning it in, and there are no grammar or language usage errors.	Proficient Has proofread paper before turning it in, and missed only one to two grammatical and language usage errors.	Satisfactory Has skimmed over paper before turning it in, and missed three grammatical and language usage errors.
