Mock Interview
Students will participate in a mock interview using the skills they learned in class. These skills include what to do before an interview, what to do during an interview, and what to do after an interview.

It is obvious the interviewee and interviewer practiced. They communicate well and know what they are going to say.

It is obvious, most of the time, that the interviewee and interviewer practiced. They communicate well and know what they are going to say most of the time.
Fair
It is not quite obvious the interviewee and interviewer practiced. They communicate but may need support.
Poor
It is obvious the interviewee and interviewer have not practiced. They do not communicate well or know what they are going to say.

Interviewer and subject are poised. They do not fidget, speak clearly, and loud enough for audience. Team looks at the audience and at each other.

Interviewer and subject are mostly poised. They do not fidget much, speak clearly, and can be heard by the audience. Occasionally, team looks at the audience and at each other.

Interviewer and subject are nervous. They may fidget, do not speak clearly, nor loud enough for audience, can still be heard but slightly. Team seldom look at the audience and at each other.
Poor
Interviewer and subject are nervous, unprepared. They fidget, do not speak clearly, or loud enough for audience. Eye contact is lacking or audience is never addressed.
