A good level of detail has been used. Not just a list of facts. Extra information has been included to support
Letter Contents 1. Summarise recent experience 2. How skills attributes relate to job. 3. Specific examples of how he could apply skills 4. Conclusion - re-stating suitability and sign off	Poor Contains less that 2 of the contents.	Fair Contains all of the paragraphs but one of them is not in enough detail.	Good Contains all the content paragraphs to a suitable level of detail	Excellent Contains all the content with extra detail and examples with add to the candidate's suitability.
Presentation Formatted paragraphs. Letter headings correct. Follow conventions of style and font	Poor Presentation needs work.
