Fitness Video Rubric 
Student create workout video based on the knowledge they have acquired throughout class or researched workout routines. The video must include a defined fitness related workout routine incorporating the five components of fitness It must also incorporate fitness terminology, identification of muscles, and health benefits. The video must be 10-15 minutes long and students can use the camera on their computer or a flip camera. Videos must be submitted via email.
