Performance 4 pts	4 ( x 4 pts) Student's performance indicates confidence, energy and expression throughout the entire performance. The steps and patterns they chose are very synchronized.	3 ( x 4 pts) Most of the the student's performance indicates confidence, energy and expression. The steps and patterns they chose are mostly synchronized.	2 ( x 4 pts) Student's performance indicates some confidence, energy and expression. Some of the steps and patterns they chose are generally synchronized.	1 ( x 4 pts) Student's performance indicates little confidence, energy and some expression. The steps and patterns they chose are very basic. Some of the moves are not synchronized.
Creativity 4 pts	4 ( x 4 pts) Performs with a distinction and style in relation to the choreography. Very interesting and kept the audience attention.	3 ( x 4 pts) Typically performs with distinction and style that is indicated in the choreography. Somewhat interesting but does not always keep the audience engaged.	2 ( x 4 pts) Sometimes performs with distinction and style that is indicated in the choreography. A bit boring and audience shows little interest.	1 ( x 4 pts) Rarely demonstrates expression and style. Just goes through the motions. Dance was not very interesting and lacked the audience's attention.
Particpation 4 pts	4 ( x 4 pts) The student worked very effectively. The student showed lots of enthusiasm.	3 ( x 4 pts) The student worked reasonably well with the rest of the group. The student showed enthusiasm most of the time.	2 ( x 4 pts) The student worked weakly in the group. The student showed some enthusiasm.	1 ( x 4 pts) The students didn't work at all. There was a lack of enthusiasm.
