Identification of Fraction Circles	Poor Student can not identify which fraction circles to use for which fractions in the problems. Use the fraction circles for play.	Fair Students can identify which fraction circles to use for the problem. Students can not change the existing fractions to equivalent ones while using fraction circles.	Good Students are able to identify and use the correct fraction circles for each problem. Students can change existing fractions to equivalent fractions using the tiles.
Equivalent Fractions	Poor Student is not able to use mathematical procedures to write equivalent fractions.	Fair Student knows the procedures to write equivalent fractions. Students make simple math errors.	Good Student is able to use mathematical procedures to write equivalent fractions. No math errors.
Adding Fractions	Poor Student can not add the fractions.	Fair After finding the equivalent fractions student can not add them together. Student does not find the equivalent fractions but adds them together correctly.	Good After finding the equivalent fractions the student is able to add them together.
