Not Met The response does not specify the task; confusion on connection to prompt and answer.	NO RESPONSE No response provided or writing is completely off-topic.
Ideas & Content	Exceeds Information is accurate and response shows penetrating insight. The task is referred to in the answer.	Meets Information is accurate.
