Introduction to Kinesiology Project 
This project should consist of a complete movement analysis, which will include muscle names and actions during each phase of the skill. Bonus points will be added if the nerve innervation for each muscle is included. There MUST be annotation of references. There MUST be a minimum of 5 references. Some examples of potential skill analyses are throwing a javelin, shot put throw, high jump, pole vault, track sprint, any of the swimming strokes, offensive line play, tennis serve. Video the skill.
