Fair Student shows some knowledge of the console but, does not demonstrate the skills to flow through a recording project	Good Student shows understanding of the console but, needs more study of basic function of the control surface techniques	Excellent Student demonstrates understanding of the control surface confidently and applies good posture and technique.
