Avoids assigned tasks. Student needs constant supervision. Disappears constantly.

Needs limited supervision. Has to be reminded of the task at hand. Disappears occasionally.

Does a good job with assigned tasks. Needs some supervision. Completes tasks on time frequently.
Excellent
Does an excellent job at each assigned job. Always completes tasks early. Helps other students complete their tasks. Always in a upbeat mood. Needs little or no supervision.
Attendance
Poor
Frequently tardy. Leaves early with little warning. Absent once a week or more often. Rarely ready on time.
Fair
Student is tardy once in awhile. Absent occasionally. Has trouble being ready on time several times a week.
Good
Hardly ever tardy. Has only missed several days.
Ready to start on time most of the time.

Never misses a day. Always on time and ready to start the day with a positive attitude.
