All Rhythms are played with almost complete accuracy, between 80%-99%.
Excellent
All Rhythms are played with complete rhythmic accuracy.
Consistent Tempo
Unacceptable
Student fail to establish any sense of tempo, and are unable to maintain tempo without stopping or hesitating.
Poor
Student may use tempo set by the evaluator or may establish his/her own, but does not maintain consistent tempo without 5 or more stops or hesitations.
Satisfactory
Student may use tempo set by the evaluator or may establish his/her own, and maintains consistent tempo with a 3-4 stops or hesitations.
Good
Student uses tempo set by the evaluator and mostly maintains consistent tempo throughout with 1-2 stops or hesitations.
Excellent
Student uses tempo set by the evaluator and maintains consistent tempo throughout with no stops or hesitations.
