Does with full range of motion and holds poses for full time period. Keeps trying even if it is difficult or falls out of pose.

Does with moderate range of motion; holds poses for part of time period. Moderately keeps trying even if it is difficult or falls out of pose.
Poor

Goes through the minimal motions so as to appear as though "I was doing it." Makes minimal effort to hold pose and when falls out or deems it is time to be done quits.
Sportsmanship

Good

Is not distruptive to others because student is working on breath. Open to trying a new activity.
Fair

May be distruptive to others. Most open to trying a new activity.
Poor

Talking, bothering others. More concerned about what others are doing or if they are being watched.
