Clarity of written work	Poor - Major issues with clarity, language usage and/or conciseness.	Fair - Hard to read your writing for a variety of reasons, but still able to get your general point.	Good - Your English is mostly clear, but maybe you made several grammatical errors. - Perhaps some of your writing is cumbersome or tends to run on, but you still make good points. - Your writing is good, but you need some work on topic/supporting sentences.	Excellent - Your business English is clear and concise. - You are thorough, but not needlessly so. - An executive would know your opinion and why you thought so in one easy reading. - Your paragraphs use topic/supporting sentences.
Organization of written assignment	Poor Your paper is unorganized. Maybe you did not: - use bullets or numbers where appropriate. - make it clear what question you are answering. - turn in paper that was typed.	Fair Your paper is basically fine, but there are several issues relating to organization, use of bullets, which question you are answering and/or your homework is not typed.	Good - Your paper is typed. - Your paper is well organized. - The reader knows exactly what question you are answering. - There may be one or two places that a bulleted list would be advised. reflection/ conclusion	Poor Conclusion is not reflective.	Fair Conclusion is reflective but does not highlight "stand out" statements in the article.
