Skills
Poor (F)
Student is unable to complete the basic skills required for the SEPEP unit. Student is well below the required level for their year group and no progression with their skills is evident over the course of the unit.
Unsatisfactory (D)
Students can complete the basic skills required for the unit, however are below the skill level expectation for the year group. Little understanding of the skills and minimal progression.
Satisfatory (C)
Student performs at the standard level required for the SEPEP program. Progressions are slow, and does not exceed the expectation for the year group.
Very good (B)
Student performs the skills m at a good level, slightly above the expectation. Progression is from the start to the finish of the program is noticeable.
Excellent (A)
Student performs the skills at an excellent level throughout the SEPEP unit. The student displays skills well above the standard for the year group. Progression is clearly evident of the student.
Roles
Poor (F)
Student has demonstrated no understanding towards fulfilling their role within the SEPEP unit. Their work is completed to a low standard and does not demonstrate any understanding of the content related to the SEPEP program.
Unsatisfactory (D)
Student shows minimal understanding of the expectations of their role. Work is below standard and struggles to apply their knowledge of their role into the SEPEP environment.
Satisfatory (C)
Student shows some understanding of the work required to complete their role in the SEPEP unit. Completes work to standard, however there is minimal application of their role within the SEPEP unit.
Very good (B)
Student shows a sound knowledge of their role and how to use their role in the SEPEP program. Work is at a good standard.
Excellent (A)
Student shows an exceptional understanding of the role and the standard of work that is expected. Student consistently submits their work every week to an admirable standard.
Planning
Poor (F)
No planning is evident throughout the duration of the unit.
Unsatisfactory (D)
Student can plan to the basic level, however it does not satisfy the requirement for the unit.
Satisfatory (C)
Planning is done to satisfy the basic requirement and meets the satisfactory standards. Planning is somewhat consistent and evident.
Very good (B)
The student's planning is above the required standard. The planning is evident and consistent.
Excellent (A)
The student's planning is extremely evident throughout the unit in their designated role. Planning is clear and well above standard.
Sportsmanship
Poor (F)
No sportsmanship qualities or will to engage within a team environment was evident. Student does not contribute to teams performance and proved to be difficult for other students to work with.
Unsatisfactory (D)
Student struggles to perform in a with other team members. The display of sportsmanship is below standard, and cannot meet the team requirements to complete tasks.
Satisfatory (C)
Student occasionally performed well with other team members. Display sportsmanship is at a standard level for the year group requirement.
Very good (B)
Student performed well with other members of their team. The display of good sportsmanship was evenly displayed throughout the whole SEPEP unit
Excellent (A)
Student consistently the performs well with team mates. Leadership and fair play is extremely evident and sets exceptional standards for peers as well as displaying the correct behaviour on the sporting field.
Participation
Poor (F)
Student does not participate in any activities and shows no interest in activities within the class. Student does not contribute to helping out the class.
Unsatisfactory (D)
Student participation is consistently minimal. Student does the bare minimum and does not seek to improve or actively engage in the class.
Satisfatory (C)
Participation in class fluctuates, and student occasionally engages in the active learning process throughout the activities. Sometimes seeks to improve.
Very good (B)
Student participates in class at a high standard. Attempts all aspects of the lesson to the best of their ability and consistently engaged within their learning.
Excellent (A)
Student is actively engaged within their learning and are constantly looking to improve. Participation in class is constant and every activity is done to their highest standard possible.
