Identify Main Idea 20 pts Identify the main idea of author's purpose	Level 4 States or annotates the central idea and author's purpose's in a clear and concise way, using correct sentence structure or clear and correct annotations	Level 3 Identifies central idea with some sentence structure clearly.	Level 2 Identifies the central idea.	Level 1 Does not correctly identify central idea of the text	Level 0 Does not respond to prompt or leaves response blank
