Student does not read the presentation, may rely a little too much on cue card. Student made an effort to present in a fluent way. Entonation is good.
Excellent

Student does not read the presentation. Has a cue card, but it only used to aid when needed. Student does not depend on cue for fluency. Entonation is excellent, understood by most anyone.
