Graph Based on the information given, creates a clear and complete bar graph	Beginning Does not follow any of the direction on creating a graph. Creates a graph that has nothing to do with the question	Developing Creates a graph, but doesn't do it correctly	Proficient Creates a graph based on the instructions.	Distinguished Creates a graph following the instructions and adding all the key components
Labels Adds all the key titles that make up a graph	Beginning Does not put any of the components that make up a graph	Developing Apply only 1 or 2 of the components needed to make up a graph	Proficient Adds 3-4 of the components needed to make up a graph	Distinguished Adds all needed components to the graph, in the correct places
Data Input Input the correct data based on what is given	Beginning Does not follow the guidelines for inputting the data.
